Returns and Your Rights

You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back under our own promise. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, and the legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. Our returns page explains how each works and includes the model withdrawal form. We reply to a complaint within 14 days.
