Does the burner get hot?
Yes. After ten minutes or so the whole clay is hot, not just the centre. Set the burner where it will stand before you light it, and leave it there until it has cooled. Terracotta is delicate, so give it a stable spot.
What size charcoal fits?
Standard 33mm tablets. The size we sell and the most common for resin burning. You could have two at once.
How do I clean it?
Let it cool. Wipe the smooth inside with a cloth. Keep the raw outside dry. Never submerge it.
Will it crack from heat?
No. The terracotta handles heat well. Hairline marks over time are cosmetic and safe.
Where does it ship from, and what will I pay at the door?
From Olsztyn in Poland, and it leaves the next working day. Poland in one or two working days, Germany and Czechia in two to four, the Netherlands in three to five, the rest of the EU in two to eight, the UK in three to five. Checkout shows the delivery cost before you pay. Within the EU there is nothing more to pay, and to the UK duties and import taxes are included. To Switzerland, the US and Canada, any import charges are collected by the courier on delivery.
